Al Murray, also known as The Pub Landlord, has made a living out of German stereotypes. To make amends, he set out to find out more about the powerhouse nation that looms so large over European history, eventually broadcast on BBC4. I edited the second episode of this fascinating journey directed and produced by my longtime collaborator Anna Thomson.
